We had an incredible stay at John’s place!The location was perfect - so close to the beach with amazing balconies to sit and overlook the ocean. The house was clean, had lots of amenities and plenty of space. John was super responsive and gave us some great recommendations for local spots that we took advantage of during our vacation. We will absolutely try to stay here again during our next trip to Topsail beach!!

We loved our stay at John's place. John was very responsive ..no, amazingly responsive. The kitchen is very organized and labeled. No mysteries about the cooling and thermostat. Everything worked as advertised. Simple and clear departure instructions. the ample bedrooms and bathrooms makes is great for a lathe group. The hot tub is the icing.

We had a perfect week at the beach and appreciate the hospitality. Located right on the beach this house offers the convenience and accessibility we needed. The elevator was very helpful. John was very responsive and willing to address any questions we had. We’d love to stay another week!

We had an amazing stay! John was a fantastic host and the house amenities are exactly as described. Quiet and less crowded area of the beach, lots of parking, bathroom for every bedroom, LOTS of towels, linens, kitchen had EVERYTHING and anything you would possibly need. Literally steps to the beach. The 2 large outdoor gated decks with beachfront hot tub were added bonuses. It was nice to have both sun and shade areas and still feel like you were on the beach! Decks were perfect for our small pups 1st trip to the beach, with the gates we never had to worry about him. We had zero issues and a fantastic stay.

Beautiful views of the ocean, we enjoyed the hot tub on the upper deck with the views at night. We had lots of room for everyone. It was nice having a bathroom for every bedroom.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, the fresh ocean breeze, and the overall cleanliness and charm of the home. It was beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and had everything we needed — from beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal — just steps from the sand. We spent our days swimming, sunbathing, playing games and eating home cooked meals with the best view! The kids had a blast, and the adults enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing vibe. John was also incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly welcomed. This beach house made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect family beach escape!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Surf City!! The home was so clean and looked just like the photos. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. If we needed anything, Christine (the local property manager) was incredibly responsive. The elevator in the home was so nice for getting groceries and such upstairs, and helpful access for grandparents. I would definitely stay here again!

I would come back 1000 times if I could. They have such a great space for dogs and family. The host was great and chill! The private beach access is so nice. The coffee and ice cream in the front yard are AMAZING! I can't wait to come back and enjoy this place again!

We had a great experience at John's AirBnB. The home looked just like the photos, was well stocked with the amenities listed and is at a great, private location away from public beach access. We had a random issue with the internet and John was extremely responsive and proactive to help us troubleshoot it. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location! Across the street from beach access and we were able to walk to restaurants and the pier. The house was as described and we spent a lot of time on the porches. Would definitely book again!
