The house was very clean, like new, and welcoming inside and outside. Perfect for our 3 generation family. Just a few minutes from stores and anything you'd need, in a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Hosts were super helpful and got back to us quickly. It was very helpful to have a sponge, soaps, garbage bags, spices, toilet paper, coffee and cream until we could get to the store. The porch games and kid games, fenced in pool and playscape were great. Highly recommend this home!

What a great "vacation home" away from home! We had a wonderful stay. This house is in a great location and the host was excellent to work with and welcoming! The house itself was clean, well-stalked, and thoughtfully prepared with everything needed for our stay. With just a walk to the beach, it made everything easy and relaxing. One of our favorite parts is the hot tub in the early season months! We highly recommend this house for a getaway!

This was our perfect beach house. It far exceeded our expectations. I actually think the listing sells it short, it’s so much better than I expected. Unlike most places, this is great for adult kids. All queen beds. No one has to draw straws for the twin. Everything is also walkable; many restaurants, bars, the fishing pier, and the beach entrance is literally across the street. It’s in such a nice area, families or groups of kids are constantly walking and riding bikes up and down the street. I know this because a good portion of my vacation was spent drinking coffee and finishing my book in the hammock on the front porch which is a perfect mix of sun and shade. At night we sat in rockers on the top porch and watched the stars with the ocean waves crashing in the background. As many people were out walking, no one was ever rowdy. Def recommend Daddy Mac’s, NY Deli, pier fishing, and being totally lazy Door Dashing groceries so that you can spend every moment enjoying lazy beach days.

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. The home was exactly as advertised — clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. There was so much for the kids to do, which made the trip even more enjoyable and relaxing for us as parents. The rooms were very comfortable, and everything about the stay felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, an amazing experience and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at this Airbnb and it continues to be my favorite :) The view is beyond beautiful, the giant deck is the perfect place to eat lunch with your family and watch the surfers, lay out and tan or to take a relaxing dip in the hot tub. The home feels inviting and the host makes you feel right at home as well, great communication from John from beginning to end with anything I needed. This place is a GEM and so is the host and the sweet people who help take care of it!

After considering many properties on Topsail we found this one had it all. Direct beach access from the deck, hot tub, outdoor shower, hammocks in the shade with a beach view, huge comfy seating in the living room, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house seems very well taken care of. We appreciated the elevator for all our luggage. We also rented bikes from a place nearby that dropped off and picked up the bikes right at the house which made it very easy. Highly recommended, especially if you have a large group (or just appreciate plenty of space).

We had a truly amazing stay. If what you are looking for involves peace and relaxation with unobstructed ocean views, private and easy beach access and two awesome decks to sit on and enjoy the beauty and breeze of the ocean, then this is your sign to book John’s place now. Not to mention, John’s communication was top notch, and the house was incredibly clean and perfectly set up. 5 stars for sure! We will absolutely stay here again!

My stay at John's place was amazing! It was comfortable and felt right at home. My kids had a blast even though the weather turned on us. Lots of space for a family. The theatre is great!

What a perfect home! My family surprised my mom for her 90th birthday and it was the perfect space for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The hosts were on point, the follow up and everything about our stay went super smooth. We will be back for sure. Thank you John and Kaley.
