I would come back 1000 times if I could. They have such a great space for dogs and family. The host was great and chill! The private beach access is so nice. The coffee and ice cream in the front yard are AMAZING! I can't wait to come back and enjoy this place again!

We had a great experience at John's AirBnB. The home looked just like the photos, was well stocked with the amenities listed and is at a great, private location away from public beach access. We had a random issue with the internet and John was extremely responsive and proactive to help us troubleshoot it. We'd definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location! Across the street from beach access and we were able to walk to restaurants and the pier. The house was as described and we spent a lot of time on the porches. Would definitely book again!

We loved this house. Three families went and we enjoyed every bedroom had its own bathroom and the independent half bath. The layout is great for a beach house. The owner's clearly have thought through what makes a house comfortable for vacationing. The extra hooks in the bathroom, the luggage racks in the bedrooms, extra linens in the closets, plenty of beach towels and bath towels, well stocked kitchen, amazing captain's chairs on the deck to enjoy the amazing view, good quality beach chairs, and and a well maintained hot tub. I am sure I am leaving out other things! We appreciated having a local contact (who was super friendly but we only contacted her when we couldn't find something, it was our oversight). This section of Topsail is our favorite, not far from amenities but a little less hustle and bustle. This beach house surpassed our prior experiences in other houses. I highly recommend a stay here!

We had an amazing time! The location was everything. The house was clean and adorable. We loved drinking our coffee or wine on the balcony in the rocking chairs listening to the waves. The beach was merely steps away and everything was a 3-5 minute walk away which meant not dealing with beach traffic. The kids are already asking to come back and stay for a whole month!

Loved our stay at the beach in Surf City. Kaley’s place has everything we needed and she easily very responsive to help us get baby monitors connected to WiFi

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beach house! We appreciated the uncrowded and private beachfront. We will miss early morning sunrises, beach strolls, and relaxing on the beautiful deck enjoying the ocean views. Leaving with many happy family memories. Thanks John!

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The house was beautiful and right on the water and can hear the ocean while laying in bed which was very very relaxing. The direct access to the beach was a major plus. The host was very nice and accommodating. Really wish we could've stayed longer and cannot wait to come back.

John and his team were incredible! They were all so kind, wonderful communicators, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. We accidentally left a cell phone, which they went out is their way to return! They also graciously accommodated us after we had to cancel and rebook! I highly recommend!!

We've been coming to the Island for 20 plus years and rarely is a house so clean, so perfectly located, and so well managed. John and his management team were amazingly truthful, resourceful, and responsive. The house was so great, we didn't have to interact at all during our stay. the instructions through the app and throughout the house made everything as easy as can be. Oh! and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back!
